I'm Milena Traykova, a licensed psychological psychotherapist, and I support people with empathy and respect through challenging phases of life.
How I work
My approach is rooted in cognitive-behavioral therapy, with a special focus on Third Wave methods, particularly Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
I see therapy as a shared journey: you set the direction and pace, and I accompany you attentively and supportively — like a co-pilot by your side. With empathy, professional experience, and a keen sense for what lies between the lines, I help you sort your thoughts, understand patterns, and explore new perspectives.
Along the way, earnest insight can coexist with lightness and humor — sometimes it’s these moments that create the space for meaningful change.


The way forward
I offer individual and group sessions tailored to your needs — whether you are a private patient, self-funded, or statutory-insured patient via cost reimbursement (Kostenerstattungsverfahren).
Group Therapy
A space to learn, share, and grow together.
100 minutes per session, once weekly. Groups up to 8 people.
Individual Therapy
Focused, personalised support for your unique journey.
50 minutes persession, typically once a week.
