About me

From the vibrant streets of Sofia, across the rolling hills of Scotland, to Munich — the city I now call home — my own journey has been shaped by movement, languages, and cultures.

As a multilingual expat, I understand what it feels like to navigate transitions, embrace new beginnings, and sometimes stand between worlds. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for how identity, belonging, and inner security are tied to language, culture, and life circumstances. They continue to shape the way I see people, their stories, and the paths they take toward growth and healing.

In my therapeutic work, I walk alongside my clients as your partner in change. I strive to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and welcomed — where your experiences are valued, and where curiosity, openness, and trust guide our work together. Every session is part of a shared journey, where together we explore new perspectives, uncover strengths, and take meaningful steps forward.

Professional Path

Since the start of my professional journey, I have gained experience across a variety of clinical, therapeutic, and consulting settings — both in Germany and internationally. Along the way, I’ve also taken curious detours into corporate environments, including recruiting and marketing, which have broadened my understanding of workplace challenges, organizational structures, and people within them.

This diversity — from clinical psychology through coaching to corporate processes — continues to shape my work and inform my understanding of different life contexts, challenges, and individual resources.
